If you are not satisfied with the software, contact us within 30 days of your purchase with your valid reason to receive a full refund. Refunds requested more than 30 days after your initial purchase date will not be issued unless the transaction was subject to a fraudulent purchase.
Payment processor service charges may be non-refundable and depend on the payment gateway policies.
Upon receiving your refund, you must destroy all copies of software or stop using any software products for which you no longer possess a valid, purchased license.
